The buffet is served in a large dinning room decorated with tropical flowers. There are aquariums at the entrance and the interior stays with the island theme. Booths are backed by mirrored walls. Dinners feature peal-and-eat shrimp, salad bar, soups, and deserts. Not a great buffet, but convenient if staying at the Tropicana.
Until they update it, you may want to avoid it.
