The Playboy Comedy club has been entertaining audiences non stop. The Playboy Comedy Club is exclusive to The Palms Resort and Casino in Las Vegas It was awarded "Best Comedy Club" in 2006 and 2008 by The Las Vegas Review Journal.

The show starts with a live 3 piece Jazz band to set the mood. The comedy is adult oriented. The Playboy Comedy Club delivers more than your average comedy show. Aside from featuring some of the most cutting-edge comedians in the industry, the show also includes an appearance by the New Playboy Playmate of the Month, who signs autographs and poses for pictures after the show.
